I suppose nothing much has happened >_<.

I bought: a white DS lite finally, Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney & Justice for All (DS), and Luminous Arc (DS).

I will buy: Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn (Wii), Professor Layton (DS), PW Trials and Tribulations & Apollo Justice(DS), and um... some Fruits Basket manga. That is, if my wallet allows...

I completed FE9 (fun!), PW1 (awesome!), was playing Star Ocean: Till the End of Time (cool stuff, took a break from it) and am playing Luminous Arc. LA is a cool tactics game, it was a good thing that it was fairly cheap since it was a obscure game in a western game store.

And thus, I fangirl Miles Edgeworth~

So, lately I've been indulging myself in deviantART flash games. Brilliant art and stuffs. For example...

- Other Age by zeiva. It's a fun dating game where you play as a princess trying to get other guys. (I fail though because I can't find an empty bottle in the forest!) Other games by this person are cool too.
- Obake no Koushin is interesting too. Shoot enemies with lightning bolts when rubbing your crystal ball with friction. Of course, do hard mode...
- PC Bejeweled :Res: , another fun one which is cute and kind of addicting.

Also I've been reminiscing those cool songs I used to listen too. (Like Gundam Seed/Seed Destiny songs or the cute Wo Qui Non Coin from Cowboy Bebop which has pseudo-french in it)

Happy 400,000 hits to Serenes Forest :D (aka new hits image!) It's a CG style Clarine from FE6.

- 1.5 more school days.

Night is approaching, and a war is about to begin... or rather a bombardment of sounds.

So, I discovered kind-of-obscure Immortal Rain (Jap: Meteor Methuselah, Artist: Kaori Ozaki) in the library, found it interesting and started reading the series. Wow, it's so good *_*.

The story is so interesting and sad, the action is wow, the romance is awesome, the artwork is also excellent (or at least good and not bad), and the characters are also nice too, as in there's a fairly nice balance of great people and twisted dudes who I just want to ARGH. Yes, this manga would make quite nice RPG material. Hmm...

Well, I think I have found my iconing inspiration :). Also, I recommend this manga to be read...

These fireworks are driving me nuts. So noisy. They also seem like money-wasters... I prefer glows rather than sparks. I also desperately feel like running to the window to peek at them, but by the time I reach, they have either finished, or they're just not in the view of this room's window.

And I wonder what to do with Chrismas cards/presents this year. Should I make or buy cards, and should I even get presents...? I was thinking of simply buying chocolate or sweets, but I don't want to give them unhealthy foods. Hmm :[. Well anyway, can't wait to get lots of money soon since I have spent all of it over the past year ~~on junk~~.

Skies of Arcadia! T_T

Oh my, I finished Skies of Arcadia yesterday. I was so sad it ended... but it was such an awesome game! I definitely definitely recommend it to RPG fans, if you can find the game. I played the GC version with lesser quality music, so I was very surprised to hear the OST. The music sounds so great! Gonna continue from a save before the end to complete the game though, like find the rest of the discoveries... And I just have to mention, Prince Enrique is so awesome, thought he was a weirdo at first but he gets better~

Now I'll feel so empty after playing such a cool game. And also cold, because it's getting to Autumn/Winter now. Brrrr~

And now I'm also back to my silly life surfing the internet every spare hour, even when nothing is happening.

...because I forgot to mention how AWESOME Zwei!! (PC game made by Falcom) is!! It's much better than it looks. It's so colourful, unique, cute, interesting, funny, and just awesome. Oh, it has great music too, especially this track I'm listening to. And no, I didn't play it, my brother did... but watching it was still great. Luckily we found a chinese version [kukuku], Falcom is just so awesome.

I also stopped playing Last Guardian, started Light Fantasy (SNES), and stopped that due to Skies of Arcadia addiction. My brother ended up playing and finished LG, and the story seemed very interesting even though we could barely read the japanese.

Friday 31st August, bought Skies of Arcadia for GC and I'm sooo addicted to it *_* I wonder if I've ever been this much "in to" a game. I better make my icons first though. And also school started today, and I was just dying to get back home & play SoA. It's so fun so fun so fun. And school was okay, at least I can study the subjects I chose now.

I also have no more chinese school. Whoo hoo, now I can have proper weekends!

I found Last Guardian 1 & 2 for PC98 :). I also found the Eiyuu Densetsu games too. GO GO AWESOME CHINESE SITE FULL OF GAMES~

Well, it is sad that I can't read the japanese. It's a SRPG and the menu is in english though, so it's easy to navigate.

At least my holidays will be full of fun. Also, today Hana Kimi episode 4 should be aired in Japan today! Can't wait for it to be subbed.

Game
Can't find Last Guardian 1/2 or the Eiyuu Densetsu games for PC98. I'll play Ys 5 for now, Expert this time- and also getting pwned already by skeletons and headless dudes.
I have been watching my brother play Lufia 2 for the SNES and OMG it looks so cool. Especially the puzzles- they are AWESOME. Neat graphics/music too.

Drama
Hana Kimi j-drama is awesome :D. I prefer this over the taiwanese version even if it was more like the manga, and had really cute/hot actors because I realised the actors in this one aren't too bad. And I also prefer the main girl (Horikita Maki) in the j version; I just can't find the cuteness in taiwanese Ella >_<. Also also, Ella was too exaggerated for my liking (actually I did like it at first).
Episode 4 will be aired on Tuesday, arg can't wait... maybe I'll check out Kimi wa Petto then :3.

Manga
Just finished Pretear, didn't think it ended too nicely (aka not as much romance). It was good though.

Life
Finally it's the summer holidays. Yes!! No!! I'm going to be so bored. But at least I'll get lots more sleep.

Lolz, just thought this was amusing... I was just watching a chinese drama called 'Under the Canopy of Love' and they have this character who does tarot cards. In the episode today, when she flipped over the cards I thought I saw something familiar, like possibly, CLAMP art?! So I went and looked for a vid online so I can stop the frames, and indeed I was correct...

I can't seem the recognise the heart with the sword in it though, is it even from CLAMP? I tried looking here but couldn't see it. Maybe they mix and matched some cards/designs or something... since at the beginning of the series they had other different tarot cards too (I think it might have been a different set though, the set she had today were all purple-backed).

I also felt like pimping TEE, a fantastic source of manga (and also anime and extras such as book scans). They recently moved to a new domain and now the service is even better! They're still in the middle of uploading things to the new forum though. (All you need to do is post 10 times and rocket away...)
Crunchyroll also needs to be mentioned. Perfect for your asian needs, J/K/C-dramas or MVs etc. I love it since series are mostly organised, unlike 'tube which might have multiple uploads of the 1st episodes, but 'tube does have much more videos uploaded anyway. However some series were deleted in c'roll since they were licensed (but you'll probably some on 'tube :\).
